A standard shipping charge will apply to all deliveries and may vary by location and or weight, charges will be stated at the checkout pages of our website.
- Shortage/ Damage or loss in transit
Any claim for shortages, damage or loss must be made in writing within 24 hours of delivery and in addition notified at time of delivery to the carrier, Carriers notes should be signed accordingly,” un-examined” is not accepted as notification of loss/ damage. Carriers’ notes should be signed only if the goods are intact and number of cartons is correct.
We will accept return of goods sold to our Trade customers only on authorisation of the company, which will not be unreasonably withheld, goods authorised for return must be shipped to the company intact and in original packaging if ordered in error, at the cost of the customer, a restocking charge may apply for goods that are returned used, or in defective packing. Retail customers may return goods ordered for any reason, provided that they are shipped to the company intact, unused and in original packaging for a refund or replacement. If the reason for return is OUR FAULT including wrong item, damaged or faulty we will replace or refund the cost of the item including original carriage charges and also compensate you for the cost of return to us however a return authorisation number must be obtained from the company and stated on the return package. If the reason for return is NOT OUR FAULT eg Perfect and as described but unwanted, simply changed your mind , does not fit etc. Authorisation is required and we will refund or exchange the goods excluding the original cost of shipping and your return postage.
